My Blackstar HT1R mk ii combo has a louder clean channel volume compared to its overdrive channel.
Is this common or should I be concerned about it?
Is there an easy fix for this problem?

I am thinking of getting a Blackstar studio 10 and, as I would possibly experiment with different makes of vintage valves am wondering if any adjustments such as re biasing would be required if I swapped out the stock tubes for a NOS set? I am talking of both the preamp and power amp valves.
