Well, I decided to go ahead and do it myself. Replaced the two ECC83 preamps, hooked it all up, gave it 5 minutes to warm up and measured the mV bias on the existing power tubes: 100.2 mV at the D27 resistor. This is the first time I have ever owned a tube amp. I looked, and there's no amp techs anywhere near me (over 100 miles away) and my only vehicle is a motorcycle.
