I have seen several posts online stating the Artist 15 is cathode biased. I wrote to Blackstar and that is NOT the case Hi Russell Thank you for your email I can confirm that the Artist 15 is in fact not cathode biased and shall require biasing following a valve replacement. I hope this help...

Club 40 MKII Bias Issue
No matter how far I turn the bias pot clockwise it never turns red and never goes out.
Any thoughts? Tube issue? They are stock tubes with not a whole lot of use on them.

Hello,
I followed the instructions but the bias green light never goes out. It stays green no matter how far I turn the adjustment clockwise. The stock TAD tubes are installed.
What do i do?
