Re: Replacement Knobs For the HT5R (black w/ a white line)
You can try this place too. http://www.guitar-parts.com/catalog/blackstar-amp-knobs The above link was posted by thephantum in the Blackstar logo/Badge Help thread. Since you want to keep the originals, you could buy a whole new set, paint the tops black and add your white line. If you need to sell...

Re: Replacement Knobs For the HT5R (black w/ a white line)

The existing knobs are slip-on, but you can use one with a set screw. Just make sure that whatever you get are NOT made for D shaped shaft...

Re: HT5 power tube distortion and other concerns
I plug a Zoom G9.2tt into the line of an HT5RH on top of an HT 408 with excellent results. What power tube do you all think would work best for the Zoom into the line in?
In advance, thanks for the replies!

Re: Returning to Blackstar
The ultimate bedroom amp and cab? An HT5R with an HT 408 cab. You get tone and gain and the eq and ISF are chock-full of different sounds. If you want heavy, heavy usable distortion, and more loud, you'll need a heavy distortion pedal using the clean channel. I'm using a Digitech Whammy DT and a Zoo...

Re: Multi Effects Board
...I was lazy and didn't try the Zoom G9.2tt with the new tubes through the front-end of the Blackstar. I got bored and plugged the zoom into the front-end of the Blackstar. Wow! The combo is a whole nother animal now, a ruffing screamer. The ticket is...using the clean settings of the zoom through ...
