about the stock speaker, is it an easy/cheap job to get a new one? or should I just get the head and a 1x12 cab (maybe the Blackstar HTV112)?

i need a new amp for both bedroom and band practice but i don't know whether i should get the 5 watt or 20 watt. can the 5 watt go louder than a drummer and can the clean get around that loudness without breaking up too bad? or if not, can the 20 watt get decent tones at lower volumes? i live in the...
