Not sure if this will help, but I've found that the Blackstar FS-10 footswitch will cause a continuous clickity click pattern in the emulated out. It may add noise too.

If you're using the footswitch, try to unplug it and see if your noise goes away.

Reference #25 in the link below. For an ID:60 and above you need a mixing board or headphone amplifier for headphone use.
