Re: TVP changeing

Haven't checked the boards here in a long time but yesterday I was playing around with my ID60 after not using it very often with the intention of setting it up to start using it a bit more often. Going between patches was ok. Tried out some different valves and switched from KT66 to EL34 and it sta...

Re: ID60 Midi switching presets while FS-10 still active

Thanks for your feedback Cadblaster. Less than a month ago the only thing I knew about midi was how to program a midi drumbeat in a DAW to play in the beatbuddy. It has been quite fun and informative learning how midi controllers etc work. With Rack effects I don't use alot of effects, just the ones...

Re: ID60 Midi switching presets while FS-10 still active

The Beatbuddy is quite limited in it's midi functionality and I had to do a bit of a work around to get this to work. My results are available http://mybeatbuddy.com/forum/index.php? ... -etc.4719/.

Re: ID60 Midi switching presets while FS-10 still active

I pulled the amp apart to have a look. There is a switching jack on the footswitch when the 1/4 inch plug is inserted it cuts the midi input off. I shorted out these terminals with the plug still in and the midi in starts working. The FS-10 footswitch shows the last patch used before short but is no...

ID60 Midi switching presets while FS-10 still active

Hi All. I have a Beatbuddy Drum machine and I am trying to set it up so it will change presets for me through the Midi in on the back of the blackstar. I want to change presets through midi control while also having the FS-10 plugged in and Active so I could also manually change presets if I wanted....

Re: New Yamaha THR amps

They used an Idea I had for a two channel ID260 although I am pretty sure they didn't get it from me.

Re: ID60TVP - gotta get me one...

Hi Paul. Love my ID60 combo and have a gig tonight yay. Here's my experiance. 2. I have tried and 8 ohm Celestion v30 but didn't like it and went back to stock speaker. I have tried it a few times but each time seemed something was missing. Maybe the amp is optimised for the stock speaker. There was...

Re: My 1st Blackstar amp

Hi Daveo. I've had my ID60 Since late january and still puts a smile on my face at band prac. Got compliments on its tone at a couple of gigs. I love the tone running the KT66's with a crunch or supercrunch. Come in with a big A chord at the start of Free's Alright Now = happy days.

Blackstar ID:260 Duo

Hi All. I have an id60 and absolutely love it. Any way I had a bit of an idea while whatching a couple of rig rundown video's on Joe Bonamassa. I think Bonamassa has a monster tone and he gets it by running two different amps at the same time. Here is a link of a youtuber setting up a similar setup....
