..... It all now seems to be functioning as you intended except - the fx on the amp are all switched off when I change from one patch to another using the FCB. If I call the patch up on the amp's control panel, the fx are there. If I use the FCB they're all off. Is there something obvious I've miss...

Can you clarify the CC to recall patches? I can see that you would pass a value of 0-127 to recall patch 1-128, but I don't see the CC# to assign the value to. The 2 outputs on the back of the ID100 (& ID60) are simply wired in parallel i.e. mono output.
