Re: ID: series strong damping effect
Hi. Been a long time. Here is my feeling about all this. 4. there is a need for B* to hire/use a GOOD DPS programmer to remove the bug(s) in the firmware . 5. the damping occurs ONLY on crunch and super crunch FORTUNATELY, so it remains possible to use the OD1 or OD2 with a very low gain... but per...

Re: Insider problem... SOLVED!!!
The Insider software shouldn't need all this extra crap installed and hoops that you need to jump through to get it loaded. As it stands, it's a mess that barely works. It needs a total rewrite from scratch. I totally agree with you. That's what I wrote to Blackstar. They should not rely on Microso...

Insider problem... SOLVED!!!
Hello I have a major problem with the Insider software, again! :( I did a clean install on my PC and now I can not use Insider. Usually it's related to Microsoft Silverlight or Internet Explorer. In the past all I had to do is lower the security in Internet Explorer. I am running Windows 7 64 bits, ...

Re: INSIDER 1.7.6 Released
I was thinking the same thing. Only the ID Core is in the list but nothing about the ID-TVP.flimbo wrote:Can't see any changes to the ID TVP range. No point installing on my ID15 TVP then?
So is it worth it for a ID-TVP ?

Re: Blackstar Insider software, write your issues here...
I received this email from Blackstar today... << Regarding an upcoming Insider update; I'm not aware of any changes in the near future. I can tell you that the lads back in the UK are always looking for ways to improve our product in a timely and effective manner . >> So I really don't know if it's ...

Re: Blackstar Insider software !?!?!
Ok people... I have contacted someone from Blackstar and he asked me to name all the issues with Insider. So go for it and write in this subject what kind of problems you have with Insider. Then I will write back to Blackstar with a list of issues from Insider users. I am not sure It will do anythin...

Blackstar Insider software, write your issues here...
The last update was in February of 2015, a long time ago. They are still a lot of issues with Insider but no upgrade. Looks like Blackstar is more focused on launching new products. It is like they do not care about the ID Series and Insider. I know that a lot of member like myself. We fought for it...

Re: Good fuzz pedals for ID series
Thank you Garhel. I'm trying to find a pedal that responds to my guitar volume basically. I'm having way too much fun with my BD-2 into a clean channel - when I push the gain on the BD-2 just past 12 o'clock then at full volume I have this beautiful bluesy distorted tone - when I dial my volume bac...
