I have the ID:60 combo and the id:100 head, love them both. After I got thecid 60 I used it so much I sold my Mesa head. I have not experienced the hiss issue some people mention and the sounds and feel of the amp are perfect. I like experimenting with the different sounds and have probably 70 patch...

I've had my amp since February 2014, you are right, in order to keep the amp REALLY clean on the lower power tube modes like the EL 84 and 6v6 I have to keep the Gain pot down really low, fine for recording or playing in my apt but not useable at rehearsal or gigs, the other guitar player in the ban...
