I've been looking at the Mac version of Insider, it appears that the connectivity issue to the amp is that Insider users a .net driver (LibUsbDotNet.dll) to connect to the amp itself. Unfortunately this fix doesn't help the Mac users out here. Have to keep reminding myself that this is really Blackstar's first entry into a software controlled amp, so I'm sure they contracted an outside source to write the Insider software. As that's the case their own tech support is ill equipped...
