I tried it open back and i am content with they way it was (closed Back).

I'm Happy with ID TVP!

Sure it has its issues but all minor to me and most fixable with tweaking. I've gone through many of the current digital amps and none come close to sounding as good as my ID TVP and that is what matters most to me. Customer support does suck though.

Has anyone experimented with converting their ID 15/30 TVP to an open back amp? Love how the amp sounds sitting in front of it but playing to the side or far away it sounds boxy and stuffy. Just out of curiosity, what amp are you having the issues with?

The ID CORE Amps do not have the TVP feature thats why they are drastically cheaper!

Dont let the insider software fool you, it only gives a patch a TVP setting for compatibility reason since the Insider was made originally for the ID TVP amps.

Does anyone know what the default MIDDLE, PRESENCE & RESONANCE parameters are set as when in manual mode? I have never used the Extended TAP shift functionality on my ID:15TVP and before I go changing anything I want to know what the defaults are so I can go back to how it was originally.

Looking to buy a looper pedal to use in front of the amp, just wondering should it work fine? Has anyone tried this?

I just did the update on my ID Core 20 and no problems to report. Everything seems fine!

No problems with Insider 1.6.2 and firmware 1.12 update on my ID Core 20. Spent about a hour or so with it and see no obvious issues and all previous bugs form 1.60 are gone. Thought i let the Core users know.
