i've updated to the newest insider and when i have my patch set in the software all is good. when i save it to my ID:100, it changes both the reverb and delay presets to almost max everything. after the save to the amp, it then changes the settings in the software aswell. takes atleast a few tries t...

ya, i updated my amp last night, took 3 attempts because it kept freezing. on the final attempt, updated in about 5 minutes. i left the amp USB plugged in and turned on but had to restart insider 3 times. i have insider on a PC and a Mac, maybe i'll try the Mac next time.

hey, i updated my insider to the 1.8.1 or whatever it is and it's saying there's a firmware update for my ID:100 head. just wondering if anyone has done it and if and what issues did you have. been reading alot on here about updating firmware and then the amps not working.

i own both the ID260 and the ID100 Head with the matching slant cab. i did a comparison thread on them, check it out. all I can say is, if you can afford to spend a bit more money, go for the head and cab.

would about the on/off switch, it's backwards too. that used to bug me

I have the EMG Hetfield pickups in a BC Rich Mockingbird, sounds absolutely amazing and doesn't get more metal than that lol.

sounds like you're in demo mode, need to turn that off. instructions on in the manual

did you save your patches to the amp via Insider. i also have the ID:100 and slant cab with the FS-10 and use it without issues.
