Yes, I have the latest version of the Insider Software. I have all of my presets saved there so I'll try your suggestion and reset the amp and see if that works.

I guess it's just different from any pedals that I've used.

Usually channel switching happens when the pedal is pressed, not released. I'm just going to have to get used to it.
