Could be the power supply. Could be the jack or plug is intermittent.

Which amp? The Core 10,20,40 use power adapters. The IDC100/150 do not.

Download the Insider Software and choose a preset from R section of Library. Make changes, right click, and Sync to Amp at user location of choice

havent tried that myself, but I would say the fx loop is post preamp and before the power amp

Are you using the em output jack?

Check that phantom power is not active on the ch inputs.

I have an IDC40 V1, no issues. I have not seen the V2's just yet. Supposed to be coming to stores soon.
