Blackstar Artist 30, warm up.
I thought I had found the fix for this problem but, brand new amp takes over 5 minutes before output becomes available. When this happens, the amp functions perfectly, no noise , crackling , `pops` or smells. I have ordered replacement pre-amp and powertubes, but I`m flying blind. Any ideas out ther...

Thankyou very much for your input & guidance. I`m new to blackstar amps & am very pleased with this Artist. You are absolutely correct with regard to two trimpots labelled bias and bal, on the circuit board, approx. in the middle of the board.
