The headphone/emulated out is taken from the preamp and the power amp isn't involved. So it sounds like it could be the power tube. The power tube should be an Electro‑Harmonix 12BH7 (at least that's what mine has). If you put the same brand in, you shouldn't have to re-bias it...although it wouldn...

I have the same issue , I have ordered tubes pair from ampvalves.uk and replace both but same problem. Also the AUX IN volume decreases.
Please advise me, I am from Bangladesh. Hardly find any technician for amp servicing.

I am not using my HT5R around 1 year when I powered it up its oki but playing 2-3 minutes at the distortion channel the output becomes lower and lower.
Whats the issue anybody knows that?
