Re: Yet another bias conformation question
I'm not sure about biasing the 20, I only have the 60. On the 60 there is a small two prong plug on the PCB that you can hook a multimeter to. I would absolutely recommend baising after changing the tubes. I just put a new set in mine tonight and they were WAY off  It went from 52 mv to 72 w...

Re: Yet another bias conformation question
I am sure you can probably put new set of EL34's in and it would be fine. but, I will always check the bias just to be sure even if it doesnt need it. Its really easy to check so your better safe than sorry :D Did you ever post how to check the bias on the HT20 ? regardless the re-tubing went off w...

Re: Emulated output: can you or can you not use it without a cab?
Hi everyone,
I use my HT20H emulated output without a speaker all the time.
just make sure there is no speaker load or cable attached , and turn the master volume down to ZERO.
that is it !!!!! easy
Im pretty sure it covers this in the manual.

Re: Is the HT-20 have enough clean headroom...
No 20w amp will give you clean headroom at loud volumes.
if you want loud and clean get a 100watter

Re: HT20 Power Tube Biasing Port?
+1 on a video or walkthru
I hate paying someone and waiting for a few days , to do something I used to do in 1 minute on my Randall RM100
IMO all valve (tube) amps should come with biasing probe ports and pots on the rear of the amp.

Re: Know issues with Blackstar?
If the tubes do crap themselves in the warranty period , is this covered by warranty ?snakestretcher52 wrote:Ok, thanks. Mine's out for a warranty repair right now so I'll report back when it's fixed.
