Could be a number of things (e.g., bad tube, cold solder, fuse, input jack). Check the fuse first. If you have spare preamp and power tubes and feel comfortable inside an amp, you could swap them in to test. At a minimum, ensure the existing tubes are all seated correctly. There's really not that much to the Fly...decide between clean or OD channel, set gain to desired level, set delay to a light/ambient repeat and twist ISF to taste.

The site was down for awhile, so would expect more traffic as people become aware the it's back up and running again. Even then though, it's not a high traffic forum.
