Sounds great! Are you using the Bad Monkey as your main distortion through the clean channel? Or as a boost on the OD channel?

I boosted the OD channel only slightly with the Bad monkey.
Level was something like 4/10 and gain 1/10 on the bad monkey. The gain was the same with and without the bad monkey, but the bad monkey takes the muddiness away.
The bad monkey is not a distortion pedal! It has too little gain
