Bachelorette Party Booze Cruise

My future sister in law is getting married later this year and they are going on their bachelorette trip to St. Augustine this summer. They want to do a booze cruise for several hours on July 14 or July 15. It is 11 girls, Any recommendations on who to use?
Preferably something private so just their group can go alone.
