I bought a Blackstar ID:CORE 10 v2 used (seemingly barely used). It makes a little bit of background buzzing/humming on the clean channels, but noticeably more on the dirty ones. Is this normal for a guitar amp at this gain and volume? Is it busted? Am I a big ol' dummy?

In this video, I cycle through the amp voices with my guitar plugged in (Epiphone Special 700T bridge 650R neck humbuckers with pickup selector switch in the middle and volume and tone both at 7) and my hands off the guitar, at the end I put my hand on the strings and it gets a little quieter.

And in this video, I use the same settings as before, hands on and off the strings as before, just hitting some chords on one of the clean and dirty channels in this one.

I really like this little amp, I just want to make sure it's doing it's thing correctly. I'm a bassist, this is my first six string, so I don't know anything about distortion except that it sounds rad. Help me sound rad.
