HT5RH MKII No sound from speaker and emulated output

HT5RH MKII has no sound/signal from speaker and emulated output. Effects loop works but after a few minutes, sound/signal goes to nothing.
What is the problem? Checked for cold solder joints and loose components. Can a bad power tube cause this problem?
