Head Problems

So I own a Blackstar HT Stage 100 Head and matching cabinet. I was playing a show this weekend and during soundcheck we found that my master volume on my head is messed up. It seems like when I get between 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock (when turning the knob) the volume cuts out. its only in this range though. anyone else have this problem? And if so is this something I can fix myself or has to be serviced
