I know I'm a bit late in the game here, but did you ever figure it out?

Did you install the Asio4All driver?

I've not used Studio One, but I do record into Reaper pretty often. On my ID:TVP260 I usually just use the emulated out, but I can use that amp or my ID:Core 15 with the USB cable using the ASIO4All driver. In Reaper, I have to go into my Input Devices in Preferences and make sure that I include the amp in the range of inputs.

I'm going to assume that you have an audio interface as well, so also assuming that Studio One behaves similar to other DAW apps, you will likely need to redefine your inputs to also include the amp.

I don't know your skill level with the app, so do you know how to configure your audio input device?

This video is a bit dated and likely for an older version of Studio One, but the principle should stilll apply:

Let us know if this helps.
