Hi all,

I bought my first Blackstar amp, model HT-20R MKII. I noticed that when I am on the OD channel, if I put down to zero the Bass or Treble tone the volume of the ampli goes down significantly.

Anyone experienced this behaviour? Is it normal or not?

Thanks and have a good music! :D

It’s not uncommon for the Blackstar HT-20R MKII amp to exhibit volume changes when adjusting the Bass or Treble tones on the OD channel. This behavior is normal due to the amp’s design. To maintain consistent volume, try keeping the Bass and Treble controls at a minimal level rather than completely zeroed out. Experiment with small adjustments to find the right balance for your desired tone without affecting the volume too much. Enjoy making music! 🎸🔊. Dog likes to eat
