Footswitch cable for series 1 el34

I am lookin for a couple things
can i get longer footswitch cable for my series 1 el34 head or another one to extend
also, a cover for it

The footswitch cable uses an old style DB9 serial computer connector. Do a search on "DB9 extension cable". Extensions are typically available in 3ft, 6ft, 12ft & 25ft. The trick is going to be quality. i.e. - finding one that can take a beating. Most are going to be made pretty cheaply.

As far as a cover, try one of these guys:

• http://www.amplifiercovers.com - they make a bunch of covers for B* amps. They look pretty nice but I don't think they have one for the S1 104xxx. However, if you call them, they might be able to make one for you.
  http://www.digitaldeckcovers.com - These guys made me a custom cover for a multitrack recorder I owned a few years back, so I can attest to the quality of their builds.
