Hi there,
For some reason my Insider software has stopped working, it just gets stuck on the "Initialising Content, Please Wait...." part. I got Windows 10 over the summer, and Insider was working fine, it's just in the last month it has "downed tools".
Of course I've emailed Blackstar umpteen times and even spent ages on the phone (from Ireland), but they can't help and then promise to call back with a fix, and of course that's the last I hear from them. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, checked Silverlight, and now I'm at a complete loss.
Anybody any ideas, or has this happened to anyone else? I'll get rid of Windows 10 if I have to, but I don't mind it, and would prefer to keep it if possible.
