ID:Core 20 With Pedals

Hi,

Will a ID:Core 20 work well with a Boss DS-1 Pedal? I heard that sometimes Modeling Amps dont work well with pedals and i want too know if the ID:Core 20 can work with a distortion pedal.

the only pedal i actually heard was a tube screamer in from for a boost to the OD channels.
I say a guy on a YT vid doing this and it sounded real good.
as for other pedals like a phaser,flanger,wha,eq,etc they should all be fine as well.

I have a ds1 made in Japan and it sounds great if you dial in a clean tone first. Other pedals have sounded like junk on it Tho
