Volume doesn't work

Did the attachment work
I got two volume controls on Evh I assumed the one on the right was the master
I can use the volume on the right with the left volume off, so that's why I was confused why I needed to have the master on, on the ht stage60 to get a sound, I thought on the blackstar I could turn on the volume on the left and sound would come on with the master ofF but it's different that the EVH set up

It's a 2 channel amp. Each gain/volume pair is for one of the channels. The select button switches between the channels. Have you read the manual? This is basic stuff that applies to most amps.

There is NO master on that amp. You just use the relevant volume control depending on what channel you're using.

I did read the ht stage manual it says
Clean volume This controls the volume of the Clean Channel. Turning it clockwise increases the volume. At extreme clockwise settings the preampli er will start to overdrive, particularly in the ‘boutique’ mode.

That tells me the volume should work with the master off

The HT60 manual also says...
Master Volume
This controls the overall volume of your amplifier. Turning it clockwise increases the
volume.
Use your brain.
