HT club 40 blows HT fuse everytime its turned on.
I'll turn on the amp, I'll hear a single tone coming out of speaker, (about 1/2 second in duration) Then nothing. I'll turn it off, check the HT fuse, and its blown. Any ideas here? thanks

It could be any number of things, but the most common cause is a bad power tube. It's most likely shorted, which is why the fuse keeps blowing. If you keep replacing the H.T. fuse and trying again, it's only a mater of time before something else gets damaged (like a grid resistor).
Have the amp retubed and rebiased.
