I have a Blackstar HT-60 Stage. I tried it yesterday after some time and it produced no sound (not even buzz or humm). I vaguely remember pulling the speaker cable from the back of the amp at some point (it's a combo amp with "external" speaker cable wiring), so I probably pulled too hard. When I look inside through the grill, I see that the black cable of the right speaker is just loose. That's probably the problem... Here's a picture:
My question is: is it dangerous to take the back panel off and put the cable back? Returning it to the seller for such a simple repair would be a PITA. I have limited experience with guitar servicing, but have never opened an amp. Apperantly it's dangerous to open a tube amp, but I'm not actually touching the amp, just the speaker... Any advice would be appreciated.
PS: the amp is ofcourse unplugged and turned off. Speaker cable also unplugged.
