no access to BLACKSTAR INSIDER ONLINE COMMUNITY

Hi,

being a new user of Blackstar amp and software, I am a bit confused why I cannot get acces to the online community via the BLACKSTAR INSIDER software (e.g. to download patches etc.) with my account identifications.
Am I overlooking something ?

have you installed all the system requirements
Internet Explorer® 11.0 or later
Microsoft.NET® Framework 4.6.2 or later (included within Blackstar INSIDER installer)
Microsoft Silverlight® 5.0 or later
Internet connection for accessing the Online Community
Adobe Flash Player (installed via Internet Explorer®) for downloading patches from the Online Community.

yes to all except IE, it is Edge in win10.

Did you get a confirmation email when you registered?

Maybe unrelated but I had an issue with my firewall not letting me access the online community.
