Blackstar Silverline Standard - VOLUME PROBLEM

Hi,

I didn't find any solution in the manual or anywhere.
I like the sound of the amp, I think it's fantastic and very pleasant but some features are lacking.

First : The Line-In Volume is too low even with my phone (or player) at 100%. Where is the function to increase the line-in input volume like the ID Core series ?!
Second : The USB Recording volume is too low and the first Volume Pots (see in the manual) is not enough to get a good volume, it also affect to tone so again, where is the USB Volume control like the ID Cores Series.

I Don't understand why the ID Core serie is more easy to get the good volume. Silverline is horrible in terms of Interface/Mix of volume.
