HT Club 40 vintage pro recommended bias voltage.

Hello everyone.

My name is Matt. I've had an HT-Club 40 for around 8 years now. If the specific model matters - HT Club 40 Vintage Pro Limited Edition. Anyhoo, The amp is finally running into some issues with the tubes. In fact, one of the pre-amp tubes has stopped working entirely. While I take the thing apart I've decided to just go ahead and replace all the tubes.

On to my question: Would anyone know what would be recommended for a starting bias setting for the EL34s in this particular amp?
