ID: Core V3 Livestream volume

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to record quick videos from my phone with my ID: Core 40 V3 via the TRRS cable and I realized that the volume of the backing track is always quite low in the recordings. Is there any way to control this? I use my amp volume at about 1 when I'm not wearing headphones (I live in an apartment and that's loud enough to hear my guitar over a track) and I noticed that the backing track volume is controlled by the phone volume, so I always try to make sure the levels are pretty equal to each other in the room. However, when I watch the video, the backing track volume is always very low.
I'm usually connected to Architect, but I don't see any options to match up the volumes. Can anybody give me a hand?
