Amp cutting out

I've just received a new
Black Star core 30 acoustic amp
I play a new subzero revolution electric guitar through it
As I wanted a clean guitar sound
With mic access

Play for five minutes and it cut out to nothing
I've new leads tried wigerling leads
Changing leads switching on and off
Leave for five minutes and it comes back on
Is it a send back job
