I've just taken delivery of Custom USB MIDI Control (6 button MIDI foot controller). I was able to download the software on my MAC and successfully update the controller's firmware - so my MAC can 'see' the controller.
However when I try to edit to functions and press "SEND VALUES" a popup appears "Unable to load data without connecting device". Pressing "READ VALUES" gives the same popup.
I'm pretty sure I've followed all the instructions. Am I missing something here?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Live Logic USB MIDI Control - can't 'see' device
I tried the setup on my MacBook (Catalina 10.15.7) and it works fine: connecting to the laptop results in the Blackstar popup saying "Device connected" and everything works as expected.
But every time I try to connect to the miniMac (with OS 12.5.1) the Blackstar popup says "Device disconnected" each time I connect and disconnect the Live Logic USB pedal and I can't edit the patches. Very odd & advice would be appreciated.
