Can't do the factory reset

Love my Blackstar amp. A few months ago, before I had taken the time to figure it all out, a friend started pressing buttons wildly and we got some cool sounds. But now I want to create my own settings for the three channels and the factory reset isn't happening. I've tried everything -- hold the three buttons down before turning it on, holding the three buttons down right when I turn it on, etc. The lights on the "Voice" do the countdown and then I release and shut down and restart, but no dice. The channels remain as they are. I suppose I could just re-program each channel, but I dunno, I kinda want the factory reset so I can start out clean. Any thoughts? Thanks, and God bless Roxy Music.
