Blackstar ID Core Beam (all 'Voice' lights ate blinking)

Hello all, Recently I got my Blackstar ID core BEAM. However while using the amp as a Bluetooth speaker it suddenly stop emitting the sound. I turned it off and when I tryied to turn it on again al the lights in the 'voice' segment starts to blink and the Manual mode is locked. It doesn't react when I press any other button. It just keep blinking simultaneously all the lights. I tryied to reset on factory sittings but it also don't react

There’s a disconnection at the top, open up the top, and if there’s a swinging white thing, reconnect it to the prongs in the back literally just had the same thing that happened to me. If there isn’t that means your chip board is messed up and either find a specialist or buy a new amp.
