I just bought the amp and was just wondering about some maintenance. I have read in other places that some Blackstar amps are self biasing and wanted to know if the HT 100 is?
Also, would anyone happen to know the average cost in America of taking it to a tech to be biased?

It is not self biasing. If you replace the power tubes for the same type then its unlikely to need re-biasing though.
