Blackstar seriel one 200 and voodoolab commander

Does anyone have any experiences of using voodoo labs commander as a midi controller for channel switching? I have also voodoolabs channel switcher between my pedalboard and amp. I would like to control my amps channels as part of my pedalboards presets. This seems to not working easily. But just wondering if someone else is using same equipments and have solved the problem somehow. Because I don't know is the proplem with commander or with the amp.

Problem is that it will change the channels ,but I can't change the order how it changing it. Let's say that I want use channel one for commander presets 1-4. As I plug in midi connection between commander and amp, it will change everytime different channel if I change preset of commander. If I want use channel one all the time and just for leads channel 4. what to do? Any Ideas?

Anyway I love my Blackstar, I just want to use it more intense as part of my pedalboard.
