HT Club 40 issue

Hi. I recently purchased a HT Club 40. I run reverb and delay through the effects loop. When I switch channels on the amp (distortion to clean), my delay pedal effect is triggered. It happens whether I use the foot switch or the button on the amp. What could be causing this? I haven’t had that problem with other amps. Thanks in advance!
