Hey guys. Had my A15 combo a while now, this thing is great. It cuts through in our band mix so well that I can't see myself buying another amp ever! The only thing I wish it had was a master volume. In our band I have it on 5 watts permanently and the volume never goes above 10 o'clock on channel two. I wish I could get a bit more gain at lower volumes. As I don't like using pedals for my distortion I have asked my tech to look at the possibility of fitting a master volume pot. If he can I'll be in heaven. The other mod I did was to fit a 12ay7 in channel one to give greater difference between the two channels. For information I have an attenuator but don't really like it. The other thing I would like to try is to fit a celestion blue. What mods have other people done and how do you think a blue would sound in the A15? Ps my style is indie rock. Think stereophonics/foofighters.
