Speaker Emulated Output not working

Hi, I have an Artisan series 10AE. I want to connect it to a Audiophony Livetouch20 mixer.
If I connect it with a cable from the Speaker Emulated Output to the input channel on mixer, nothing happens, no signal, no sound.
I had standby on and off.
What could I be doing wrong?
