HT60 OD1 Sounds Weak

When I fired up my HT60 OD sounded very anemic and cranking the volume all the way or the drive past noon made no difference. The mode switch changed tones but not volume. The clean channel and OD2 are fine. Tried shutting down and waiting but still OD 1 sounds weak. I replace the preamp tube about 2 years ago and use OD 2 probably 85% of the time. Any ideas what could cause this?

First thing I would try is swapping the preamp tubes....if the issue moves to the other channels you have your culprit. If not, it needs to go on a bench.
