no sound/light on OD2

Hey guys. Just received a HT-60 metal via Musicians Friend. For some reason the OD2 channel will not engage at all. Either by the front panel or the footswitch. No sound no indicator light. This is my first amp with tubes so I wasn't sure if I needed to let it warm up first to allow that channel to work.I checked the two fuses and they look fine. Both the clean and OD1 channel work and sound great. I already have an RMA going to exchange it but, just wondering your thoughts on what it might be.

It sounds like something in the OD2 circuit itself. It could be a bad solder joint, a bad component (resistor, diode, capacitor, etc) or even a missing component.
