Is a Blackstar Venue Series HTV-212 160W 2x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet compatible with a Blackstar ID 100TVP head?

Yes. The minimum load on the ID:100 is 4 ohms. The HTV-212 runs at 8 ohms in mono and 16 ohms in stereo...both of which are above that minimum.
