Blackstar HT60 and Boss GT100

Hi - I have been wrestling with a Voodoo Lab Control Switcher which I have finally got to switch between Clean, OD1 and OD2. However even though the channel lights on the amp change no sound is coming out of the amp on any of them. I have all the amp sims turned off and S/R on the GT turned on but nowt is coming out. The leads appear to be fine (using 4 cable) as when I switch to a factory preset sound everything is fine. Also if I plug the guitar straight into the amp all is fine on all 3 channels. If anyone can point me in the direction of a solution I would be most grateful.
