Inconsistent clean tone ht club 40

Hey guys, so I have an HT club 40 that came stock with JJ power tubes and Ruby preamp tubes which is never heard of, I absolutely love it! I only use the clean channel and run all my pedals right into the front. So I absolutely love the tone some days and others it seems very muddy and the same jams just don’t work the same.

Pedals: SD cry baby wah, joyo comp(always on), boss eq-7 (always on cutting lows, boosting highs), boss sd-1(for boost or always on for heavier songs), mxr phase 90, Zoom Ms50g, TC Electronic flashback, TC Electronic mini HOF
I know there are some cheap pedals on there but when my tone is on it sounds amazing!! But I don’t get chance to play on many other amps to know if it would be a pedal.
